A famous miso udon restaurant preserving the cooking method and flavor since its establishment. Aichi red miso is blended with aromatic stock of freshly shaved dried bonito in an earthen pot, where hand-made noodles are simmered. First-timers are surprised by the hard texture of the noodles but become addicted with every mouthful.
